Here are some shots of my "new" '79 Beechcraft Sundowner. When I acquire a new GA aircraft I like to find a real world counterpart. Then I try to paint my X-Plane model as close to the real world plane and I change the tail number to match. This one is close. Not quite done. Still need to modify the paint on the vertical stabilizer.

Nice lookin' plane! Beechcraft makes 'em nice. I know a guy who once owned a Sundowner. His was blue, named "Blue Maxx." Never seen one in person, though. The Sundowner was Beech's attempt to make an "entry-level" airplane. Seems like they didn't make them for very long, and these days they're kinda rare. But that's the beauty of flight sims... a plane is only as rare as you want it to be!
